Decadent is a gorgeous purple/brown eyeshadow color to own and wear.   It's a great rich shade of purply/ wine. It goes on so smoothly.  Wear it lightly blended, or wet to make it deep dark and smokey on lids or as a contour.  You can also use it with a wet eyeliner brush and use it to line and define your eyes beautifully.   ~ Jill
