When moistened with water—or for longer lasting, virtually waterproof wear, Eye Brow Sealer—and applied with our unique Precision Angle Eye Liner brush, Cake Eyeliner melts between lashes making them appear fuller, darker and more lush than ever imaginable.
.07 oz - Using the Precision Angle Eyeliner brush—dampened with water or Eye Brow Sealer—rolling into Cake Eyeliner until desired consistency is achieved and brush is fully loaded. Place tip of the brush at the base of lashes and draw on liner as if using a pencil.
